To dissuade his sister from leaving the country, a guy living in the city of Chennai in India issued a hoax bomb threat over the phone to her. According to reports in the Indian media, the private airline flight was getting set to take off for Dubai when it received a bogus report of a bomb and had to be delayed for six hours. When the jet took off at seven in the morning, there were already sixty people on board when a man called the police control room and reported that there was a bomb on the plane. Following the phone call, the boarding procedure was halted, and those passengers who had already commenced on the journey were also required to debark.
